Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and — only if you consent — understand how the Service is used in aggregate.

2. Essential Cookies (Always On)

These are required for the dashboard and login to function and cannot be disabled without breaking the Service:

  • Session/authentication cookie — httpOnly, keeps you signed in and secures your dashboard session.
  • Cookie consent preference — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we don't ask again every visit.

3. Analytics Cookies (Opt-In)

If enabled and you accept them via the consent banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate product usage — such as which pages are visited and general traffic patterns. Analytics cookies are not loaded until you accept them, and they are not used to sell your data or build advertising profiles.

4. Managing Cookies

You can change your analytics preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data for xpfirm.com, which resets the consent banner. You can also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser settings — note that blocking the essential session cookie will sign you out and prevent the dashboard from working.
