Does XpFirm give trading signals or advice?

No. XpFirm does not tell you what, when, or how to trade. It shows your own account risk, enforces the limits you set, and keeps a timestamped record — no signals, no buy/sell calls, no managed trading.

What does “trade with evidence, not emotion” mean?

XpFirm timestamps every state change and keeps your trade history, so you can review what actually happened against your own rules instead of relying on memory. It is about building a repeatable process — not a score, and not a promise of profit.

Do you provide the VPS my MT5 terminal runs on?

No. You connect our software to your own MT5 terminal, running on your own PC or a VPS you choose. XpFirm does not host, lease, or manage any server or VPS on your behalf.

Do you guarantee I'll pass the challenge?

No. Our kill-switch reduces the chance of an avoidable breach — it doesn't guarantee a pass or any profit.

What happens if I hit the drawdown limit?

XpFirm sets the linked account to a halted state. Your MT5 bridge then attempts to close open exposure from your own terminal, subject to MT5, broker, VPS, network, spread, slippage, and market conditions.

How many accounts can I run?

Free tier is for discovery; paid Pro and Operator plans include plan-defined MT5 connection entitlements (see pricing). Operator does not include live EA access by default; any EA-related tooling is reviewed separately.

Do I have to pay to start?

No. You get 14 days of full Pro access with no card required. Add your MT5 account, connect the bridge, and see the review on your own trades before deciding whether to pay.

Can I cancel anytime?
