Risk Disclosure
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. Trading Involves Substantial Risk
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some, or all, of any capital placed at risk, and losses can occur rapidly. Past performance — whether your own, another trader's, or any illustrative example shown on this site — is not indicative of future results.
2. XpFirm Does Not Provide Funded Accounts
XpFirm provides software (risk-monitoring alerts, account-linking tools, and risk analytics) used in connection with evaluation challenges and funded accounts offered by independent, third-party Prop Firms. XpFirm does not provide, lease, or manage any VPS, server, or hosting infrastructure — you are responsible for the trading terminal and any VPS or computer you run it on. XpFirm does not select your trades, manage your account on a discretionary basis, provide trading signals, or guarantee that you will pass a challenge, receive funding, or earn any payout. Funding decisions, account rules, and payouts are determined solely by the relevant Prop Firm.
3. No Investment Advice
Nothing on this site, in our dashboard, or in any communication from XpFirm constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Any statistics, drawdown thresholds, or example scenarios shown are for illustration of how our risk-monitoring tools function and do not represent a recommendation to take any specific trade or strategy.
4. How to Read the Data We Show
We label every figure and image on this site by its source, and we never blur the line between real, demo, and illustrative data:
Founder performance report (real account). The metrics in the "Founder-Operated Account Report" on our homepage and on the Performance page come from a real, founder-operated prop-firm (FundedNext) account. Every number is sourced from the prop firm's official report and Myfxbook — not hand-entered. It reflects one trader's decisions and risk workflow. It is not a customer result, a guarantee, or a promise of similar results, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Product screenshots (demo data). Screenshots of the XpFirm dashboard show the actual product interface populated with demo (sample) account data to illustrate how the tools look and work. They are not live trading results and do not represent any real account.
Illustrative examples. Any drawdown thresholds, scenarios, or numeric examples used to explain how our risk-monitoring tools function are hypothetical, are labelled as illustrative where shown, and do not represent a real funded account or an audited track record.
5. Risk-Monitoring Tools Are Not a Guarantee
Our drawdown alerts and user-controlled kill-switch are designed to act on the thresholds you set, but depend on your own MT5 bridge and are subject to market gaps, broker or platform latency, connectivity interruptions, and other technical limitations. They reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of a breach or account loss.
6. Behavior Metrics Are Observations, Not a Diagnosis
XpFirm's behavior features (discipline rules, rule-break detection, session review, and rule-adherence metrics) are computed from your own trade data — counts, sizes, times, and outcomes. They are observations for you to interpret, not a diagnosis of your intent or emotional state. A flagged pattern (for example, “potential revenge-trading pattern”) is a prompt to review the evidence yourself, not a statement of fact about you.
These signals can be incomplete or mis-interpreted: they depend on the accuracy and completeness of the trade data your bridge reports, on the rules you chose to set, and on notes you enter yourself, which may be incorrect or missing. XpFirm does not promise that using these tools will make you a profitable or “professional” trader, or that it will change your behavior. Improvement, if any, comes from your own decisions.
7. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, for understanding the specific rules of the Prop Firm you choose, and for only risking capital and fees you can afford to lose. We encourage you to read each Prop Firm's own risk disclosures and terms before purchasing or starting an evaluation.
8. Acknowledgment
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand the risks described above and that XpFirm is acting solely as a software provider, not as your broker, fund manager, or financial advisor.
