Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the monthly period selected at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period — access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

2. Manual Transfer Orders (Bank / PromptPay)

If you pay via bank transfer or PromptPay, your order status remains "pending" until our team manually verifies the transfer, which may take up to 24 hours. If a transfer cannot be matched to an order (wrong reference, insufficient amount, duplicate submission), we will contact you at the email on file to resolve it before any subscription is activated. Verified manual transfers are subject to the same non-refundable policy as automated payments once the subscription is activated.

3. Cryptocurrency (USDT) Orders

Cryptocurrency payments are finalized directly on-chain and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. XpFirm does not hold, custody, swap, or act as an exchange for digital assets — we receive USDT solely as direct payment for software subscriptions. Sending funds to the wrong network or wallet address is not recoverable by XpFirm.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us and we will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors.

5. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly — most billing questions can be answered faster this way than through a dispute process.

6. Pricing Changes

We may change pricing for future billing periods with notice published on our pricing page. Changes apply to your next billing cycle, not the period you have already paid for.
